Worst company to deal with. They charge insane amounts for the shipments which are 3-4 times more than the current prevailing rate. Further, their team does not have sense of talking with the customer.

Irresponsible and rude behaviour of owner after transferring payments. Demanded for more money and at last not provided our goods yet... threaten calls aswell.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. INEFFICIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SMALLER CONSIGNMENTS MAY BE THEY CAN HANDLE. BUT SHIPPING OF INDUSTRIAL GOODS THEY HAVE SCREWED UP. THEY HAVE MADE MISTAKE IN BOOKING THE MATERIAL AND NOW ARE DEMANDING MONEY FROM US TO CORRECT THEIR OWN MISTAKE. THE CONSIGNEE HAS WRITTEN TO THE INDIAN EMBASSY IN HIS COUNTRY TO GET RESPONSES FROM THIS FIRM AND DESPITE THAT THESE PEOPLE WERE IRRESPONSIBLE. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I AM CONSIDERING LODGING WITH THE OFFICIALS A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS ENTITY. I CANNOT GIVE 0 STARS SO 1 STAR.
The delivery boy misbehaved with me and my maid he was aggressive and violent And tried to molest us. I had to call the police have him arrested and file an fir. Now after that I am still being harassed by them as they are Amazon transport agents and are not delivering my orders. The owner is Mr. Prashant who didn't have the courtesy to even call me to apologize for his staffs behavior. The person who misbehaved his name is jeetendra and his colleague even admitted to him having a bad attitude and kept apologizing asking me not to take action. Now since the harassment is continuing I am going to the news papers and social media.
