Very disappointed with Top10 retailer in Andheri. I bought earphones from the store which came with a 6-month warranty. Unfortunately, the earphones stopped working within just 2 months. When I approached the store for a replacement under warranty, they refused to replace it.
This is very poor customer service.
After sell service is poor, product is in warranty however store doesn't show in help and said customer itself should go to service center and repair the product. And when they want to sell product the says that they will help if anything happen to the product if the product is in warranty.
Very poor responses waste of money poor after sell service

I had an excellent experience with one of the top members at this mobile phone store. Their knowledge, professionalism, and customer-first attitude truly stood out. They patiently helped me compare different models, explained all the features clearly, and made sure I got the best deal for my needs.
What impressed me the most was their honest advice and genuine effort to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. They went above and beyond, even assisting with the setup and transferring my data smoothly.
It's rare to find such dedication and customer service in today’s fast-paced retail world. I highly recommend this store and especially this team member to anyone looking for a new phone or accessories. Keep up the great work. I would share that you should take Phone from top 10 and take advise form shyam
