I recently bought schezwan fried rice and manchow soup from their website. The taste was amazing and both the products complement each other really well.
I ordered 4 bottles of sauce from Tit Bit Foods and was very disappointed with the experience. All bottles had a manufacturing date of December 2024 and an expiry date of August 2025, meaning only 3 months of shelf life were remaining at the time of delivery. For bulk purchases, I expected reasonably fresh stock, not products nearing the end of their shelf life.
When I raised this issue with the company and requested a replacement for at least 2 bottles, they refused, stating that it's legally allowed as per FSSAI. While it may be legal, it is definitely not ethical or customer-friendly.
A business should value customer trust and be transparent about shelf life — especially when customers are ordering multiple units. I hope the brand improves its practices. As of now, I do not recommend buying in bulk from Tit Bit Foods unless you're okay with products that may be close to expiry.
Loving the Aroma and authentic taste of hand picked spices. Worth the buy for hotel feel at home.
Here are all the rudes from watchmen to contractors. No one cooperates. The contractor eats the employee's money. such a rude all the staff. watchmen has no sense to how talk to others. And the supervisor doesn't notice anything about these people. The supervisors there do not co-operate although there is some issue.
Spices means masalas are prepared here. Cleaning, hygienic process and grinding in proper ratio is taken care of here.
