All the products of this company are of very poor quality. I had ordered two food warmers from their company. I received one and I don't know when the other one will be received and the one that I received is also damaged. It is neither heating nor the light is working. I tried to contact their company many times but no one replies or even replies to my messages. When I got a reply to one message, they said that they will send a serviceman to your place but you will have to pay a service charge and that service charge is very high. What should I do ??
I recently had a grease trap installed and I’m really impressed it’s solidly built and does exactly what it’s meant to. When I had a small issue, the service team was prompt and professional, fixing it without delay. Now it’s running smoothly and odor-free. Great product and excellent support
