had an absolutely horrible experience with Oriental Insurance Company, and I feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices and the complete lack of professionalism displayed by their employees.
From the very beginning, I was greeted with indifference and unhelpfulness. The customer service staff seemed to be disinterested in addressing my concerns, as if my inquiry was more of an inconvenience than an opportunity to provide assistance. Their responses were slow, dismissive, and often vague, with no real effort to resolve the issues I was facing.
The level of professionalism in this company is shockingly low. Not only did I encounter employees who were rude, but many of them lacked even the basic courtesy one would expect when dealing with customers. It seemed like no one was truly knowledgeable about their services or policies, and I was constantly transferred from one person to another, with no one taking responsibility for resolving my case.
What was even worse was their blatant laziness. Tasks that should have been completed promptly were dragged out, and I had to follow up numerous times just to get any kind of response. It’s clear that the employees at Oriental Insurance Company are not motivated to provide quality service, and the company doesn’t seem to care about its customers at all.
I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. Their lack of ethics, professionalism, and basic customer service skills is appalling. Save yourself the frustration and avoid doing business with them.
Worst policy, people are invisible, toll free number, e-mail ID are not working how to claim?
