Poor Quality Instruments. Conditions and warranty policy changes after the instrument is sold. Than they become local. Will ask to apply oil to new instrument which get rusted in a month.
I had order all my surgical instruments from them in the GERMAN STEEL quality and they have handed over the used instruments of other doctor with Doctor's Name written over the instrument and chipping was seen on the instruments. The biggest of all was with in 1 month the GERMAN STEEL instrument caught rust involving majority of Instruments, when I raised a concern about the same the owner says it is my fault that I have not Maintained instruments and was not ready to even replace the instrument and kept arguing, He brought a sand paper and oil rubbed the instruments and told its all gone now but same thing happen when I auto-calved it again.
Please Don't Waste your money here instead go to some nice Surgical and buy your Instrument as it is ONE TIME BUY.
