One of the Best Service partner i would say in Mumbai Especially in Kandivali area i hv found for my Royal Enfield Electra.
Great Service done By professional experts. I hv asked them to do like a Partial Restoration of the bike 2012 model and it looks almost new like ! Also feels good on road too .. smooth !
Avoid This Service Center for Servicing your bikes!!
I took my Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 for servicing at this center and was charged ₹3,500. I had clearly mentioned two key issues:
1. The radiator fan was constantly turning on and off, and
2. The chain was too loose.
What I received in return was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience:
• After the first service, new issues started, including strange noises from the bike. They took an entire day trying to fix it, failed, and then told me to “ride the bike and the issue will go away on its own” — which, of course, did not happen.
• I gave them a second chance, took the bike back, again explained the noise and the heating issues. This time, the mechanic broke the sprocket lock and told me they didn’t have a replacement, and for the cooling issue, they did absolutely nothing.
• Later, when I took it to an authorised Husqvarna service center, I was informed that the coolant pump was damaged, and the oil filter was blocked with some silicone-like material.
• They cleaned the radiator and changed the coolant, but botched up the wiring, making the radiator fan rotate in the wrong direction (anticlockwise) — causing it to throw hot air out instead of sucking air in.
• They used Castrol Radicool (gold bottle) coolant which needs to be diluted, but did not dilute it, affecting cooling efficiency. (The ready-to-use version comes in a white bottle, which they did not use.)
Despite all this, I remained patient and cooperative.
All in all instead of resolving problems, they created new ones using my money. Strongly advise against servicing your bike here.
I had an amazing experience at The Mechanic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about bikes. They took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the perfect fit. The service team was fast and professional—my bike was tuned up and riding better than ever in no time. Prices were fair, and they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for expert advice, great selection, and top-notch customer service!
Today I took my Kawasaki Ninja 300 here for servicing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They handled my bike with great care and made sure everything was tuned perfectly. On top of the excellent service, the pricing was very economical—definitely great value for the quality of work they provide.
The bike now rides as smoothly as ever, and the entire process was quick and hassle-free. If you're looking for a trustworthy garage that respects your bike and your budget, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommended for all bike enthusiasts
Recently, one of my friends recommended The Mechanic to service my bike. I was hesitant because it was a new shop, but they did an excellent job on my bike. The owner and staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. The service was top-notch. I highly recommend this shop.
