Here’s the thing, if you are charging something above 1k for a simple haircut, I expect some level of finesse, technique, ANYTHING in the result that justifies my exertion and my money.
Well sadly, I could’ve gotten this experience in my local neighborhood salon for 200 rs. The kid who cut my hair nice enough, but there was nothing done in the whole experience that justified my spending. He did the typical clip up your top hair, cut the strays on the sides, open the top hair and give a few snips in there and voila! We are done. There’s your haircut for 1200.
And btw we also don’t wash your hair before the cut even though it’s sweaty from the blazing heat (because we aren’t really cutting properly maybe??) and we burn your scalp with extreme heat mode on our blow dryer which we do twice for some reason, once on sweaty hair and once on washed hair.
Overall just a regretful experience. And the sad thing is I had a good experience previously during COVID, but it was a different barber who seemed to know his stuff, not a kid.
I’ve been coming here for about a year now and they consistently do a great job. Whether it’s head shaves, haircuts, or beard trims, everything is done really well. I usually go for the 007 along with beard styling, and they always get it right.
One of the few places I’ve found in Mumbai that offers a proper hot towel shave.
They also serve coffee while you wait, which is a nice touch. The whole place has a calm, peaceful vibe.
Ayaan is my go-to barber, though the whole team is solid. Definitely a spot I keep coming back to.
Rizwan Hairstylist did an excellent job with my hair. The haircut was perfect, the ambience was pleasant, and the staff was very polite. Great service overall.
I had an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. Faizan in particular provided outstanding service — he guided me through every step of the haircut and facial, explained what he was doing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted, and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fantastic grooming experience in a friendly, relaxing environment.
The service is quite excellent. Shaves done the way they should, taking proper care of the skin before a razor touches the face. A good hot towel shave is usually missing in Bombay salons, and once that do have charge obscenely high prices. This one’s better in comparison.
Further, there professionals seem more experienced and better trained. The place has a nice ambience too, and good quick service.
