I’ve been a regular buyer of TGL Co teas and coffees, and the quality has always been excellent. The flavors are rich, fresh, and very consistent every time. IT IS SHOCKING to see glass shards in the coffee purchased from this company!! Being a loyal purchaser of the brand's coffee, we noticed glass shards in the coffee cup this morning! Only to further investigate that this was in the coffee container...not just 1 to 2 shards, but several. Surprisingly the coffee glass container was intact. Almost that the coffee contents from another cracked bottle was emptied into this and resold!! We had purchased 6 bottles and found this after consuming the 2nd one. Not sure how much glass shards was already ingested. Now we have ZERO faith in the brand and to consume the remainder 4!
This is deplorable and I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST anyone from purchasing this brand and having the probability of ingesting glass.
TGL please contact me immediately on this.
This brand is new and does not care about its customers. The tea which I bought was very old and seems expiry date. They send old, wrong and damaged products. One gift box which I purchased was damaged and took a very long painful procedure to exchange. They have terrible logistic issues. Never going to again buy from TGL co.
