Chair Quality is good, The make is sturdy and comfortable to sit for extended periods. The tilt mechanism helps to relax like a rocking chair . Both the arms can be lifted up, so that anyone can sit with folded legs comfortably.
Delivery was prompt and on time . Saif Ali who delivered at home explained the mechanism and usability of hydraulic functions.
The company is giving warranty for 3 years which is testament to the quality of the product.
Overall a great product and investment in Quality, Comfort and design .
