Really disappointing experience.
Before booking, I sent the salon a photo of the exact nail design I wanted and specifically asked the price for stick-on extensions. I was clearly told the cost would be ₹2300.
I then booked the appointment through Luzo, which advertises discounted salon services. However, when it was time to pay, they suddenly said the bill was ₹2800 and claimed that the price is different when booking through Luzo because they have to pay commission.
That explanation makes no sense from a customer’s perspective. If you’re listed on a platform that advertises discounts, you shouldn’t be charging more than the price you quoted directly.
Because of the confusion and the way the situation was handled, the experience became very uncomfortable. I ended up just paying and leaving.
Later I also realized that extensions were only applied on 4 nails, not all 10. Normally when extensions are done on only a few nails, salons charge per nail, yet I was still charged the full ₹2300 price that was originally quoted for a full set.
When I called back to clarify, the owner sounded confused and passed the call to another staff member who spoke extremely rudely, accused us of ‘shouting’ and told us to “come take ₹400-₹500 and go” which was honestly insulting and completely unprofessional.
The issue here isn’t even the money anymore it’s the lack of transparency and extremely poor customer service.
Would definitely not recommend.
I did the Brasil Cacau treatment from here and I am extremely happy with the results. Mr. Sikander has magic in his hands, he's repaired and treated my hair so well. He was patient throughout and answered all my queries. The staff is very very helpful and the coffee is also delicious.
This was my first time at TEN Nails and it was lovely! My mum and I went for a mani pedi and the service was really good. Very reasonably priced and they did the mani pedi at the same time so saves a lot of time.
Only thing I’d say is one of the techs did the scrub/oil the wrong way round in the manicure so her attention to detail could have been slightly better.
Otherwise, lovely spa and would definitely visit again :)
I’ve had manicures and pedicures at TEN several times and it was always fabulous. I love the talent, vibe, and staff. Yesterday they did my hair, makeup, and nails so perfectly! I love this place.
We loved the experience at the salon. The staff were extremely accomodating & welcoming. The nail art that we got done was fantastic. My girls & I had a fantastic overall experience.
