Beware of the TechSquad Team.
I called them for deep cleaning of my newly renovated house. They promised to reach the venue by 930am, but after constant follow up 1 worker named Rahul reached past 1230pm. After clearing up the house of all debris, lending a helping hand to another workman working on outside tile work, he started the ‘deep cleaning’ by which time it was already past 2pm…. I periodically monitored his work and showed him paint stains on floor, kitchen tiles etc and he assured he would remove it all. Nonetheless, by the time all cleaning was over it was past 830pm and there were intermittent power shut down too, due to which I could not confirm the quality of work. I had booked a home cleaning service and had a mixed experience with the service. While the staff were working sincerely, they seemed to follow their own approach and did not pay proper attention to what I specifically requested.
Even after clearly mentioning the areas that needed cleaning, the exhaust was not cleaned properly, and the floor was also left unclean in many places.
At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that the team would move the items and clean. However, when they arrived, they asked us to move all the items so they could clean comfortably. This was disappointing and not as per the service commitment.
If we had to move everything ourselves, there was no real value in booking this service. Overall, the service did not meet the expectations promised during booking.
For everyone’s reference, I am also attaching pictures of the floor, exhaust, and windows taken after the cleaning, so the condition is clearly visible.
Excellent job by Sudipta's Team! They took 10 hours and did a tremendous job. It is a newly constructed house and they ensured they cleaned every cabinet, bathroom, walls and floors in the house. They accomodated our request last minute. Would definitely recommend the company!
