This was my third time going there and the service was excellent and affordable. Especially when it comes to tech products you can trust them
I shop here from last ten years. They have perfect knowledge of their products. Reasonably priced. They Never misguide their customers.
Pathetic customer service
This sales guy Mayur was attending the customer as if he is doing a favor
First, he was attending multiple people at one time. I just had to collect my laptop and that alone took me 30 minutes. And when he did attend me, he said whatever is your issue, tell it fast. As if he is doing a favor by attending me. I complained it to their owner but the owner also seemed to take customer for granted. None of the sales people intervened.
I reached this place for my urgent office laptop issue.
The repair person made me wait for him to come up.
I asked him can you please check why the laptop cannot start. Instead of understanding the issue he asked I cannot do it here . It will take 2 hours to diagnose and 500 rupees. If u want keep the laptop so that we can check. Felt like slapping this person.
None of the owner interpreted to help me get faster resolution.

I have bought 2 items from TechGuide, a graphics card and Keyboard, my overall experience has been excellent. Prices offered are the best you can get in Mumbai. This has become my one stop shop for all computer related needs. Keep up the good work Rakesh Bhai.
