Your Dryfruit packing boxes made my business good this year, my customers loved the boxes, I will definitely do business with you next year. Look at the price of your boxes a little higher than other packaging companies, keep the same quality
the products are good, but....................if they commit mistakes they put the blame on customer, even they are big liar, they bill you for 16 box and send 15 box and what item you order they send as per there convinent, not as per customer requirements and we have to pay all charges in advance and we pay that too, and afterwards if they send you wrong goods or short qty goods its customer duty to go to there factory and short the issue instead of they should send us the delivery for there mistakes.....if they send the short qty they dont even send us the reamianig qty,,,,,,and take the money full.....and blame the customer only and very big attitude they have even if they commit mistakes....i would have written some foul language also but thats not our category or style.......i m writing everything with the proof i have.......people can even contact me......
dear sir, when the short qty came it was directly inform to you at the same time, then also ur madem did all arguments as well u also (mr poddar)....even the payment made was on account and was more than ur invoice and let it be 10/- rs extra with you ....money not matter but what u told .....after diwali u will contact us but have u contact...the answer is big no....the product given was as per ur convinent not as per our order...then also we accpeted the material....u must be having 1000 of satisfy customers but u loose +1 customer and with time u will be loosing more if u dont attain to ur shortcomings....we agree all ur terms like
1) 100% advanced wihtout seeing the material
2) we pick the material thru ola auto or wefast..we pa the charges too.
3) when material receive its short qty (u dont accept that)
4) material is not as per order (then also client has to suffer instead of replacing you use the wrods send all material back....and u put the blame on client)
