Everything was smooth from booking to getting vehicle delivered even staff was supportive and helpful but when it comes to insurance please prefer to take it from outside. I have told them to do add on insurance for tyre secure but they missed it and they forced me to purchase insurance from them.And the luck my tyre got damaged due to concrete and now I don’t have insurance to get the tyre covered.

Really happy with Puneet Motors for their professionalism and support. Had booked Tata Nexon with them and had requested to deliver the vehicle on Dhanteras (which was just 2 weeks away). They had extended all required support to make the process (down payment, registration , loan etc) easy and smooth. Special shout out to Nitin who was amazing at every step. He went above and beyond in his efforts and was always available at the time of need. They made the day extra special during the delivery as the all the arrangements were superb and was able to surprise my mother 😊😊😊
