Initially, I was impressed. Before we committed, their team was incredibly prompt in their responses and follow-ups. They made everything look easy, which is why we trusted them with our package to Portugal.
They picked up the items from our residence and decided to split them into two separate packages. At the time, we were fine with this, provided all our belongings arrived safely. Unfortunately, that was the last point of genuine transparency we experienced.
The Service Breakdown
Once the packages were in transit, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse:
• Communication blackout: When the delivery was delayed, their responsiveness evaporated. Every time we called for an update, we were told to "call back in 5 minutes," which turned into a repeated, brush-off tactic.
• Staggered delivery: The two packages arrived on different days at different times, which was already an inconvenience.
• The missing item: Only after the second package arrived did we realize an item was missing.
The "Video Proof" Absurdity
When we finally got through to lodge a complaint, they continued to stall us with excuses. After an entire week of to and fro just to get someone to listen, they suddenly took an accusatory tone.
After a week of struggling to even file the complaint, they demanded "uncut, unedited video proof" of us unpacking both packages to prove the item was missing.
• Never mentioned: This requirement was never communicated to us at the time of booking or handover. It’s not even in their documentation
• The logic: They seem to think that after paying our hard-earned money for a service, we would then choose to steal from ourselves to accuse them.
Final Verdict
The shift from polite, eager-to-please service to dismissive and accusatory behavior was shocking. It is clear that while they are happy to take your money, they take zero responsibility for the items entrusted to their care.

This service was completely disappointing . I am not happy about this due to the price and the quality of the product when received . I had made sure the items were safely packed and yet they removed it just for the weight to drop. They discarded the plastic wrap and just left them in the box even though the weight was already underweight whilst demanding for extra weight money. Secondly they kept my parcel for straight up 15 days without sending any information ,changing of subject when asked and with me having no idea what has happened with it. I had also requested to add several things to it but when the parcel was received I never got the additional items. The items were in such disastrous conditions: some were crushed ;others had slight neat cuts (not from the journey) like they were stolen and few were missing or never added. Before using this delivery service I had used another in which the items were delivered in excellent condition and quality and were wrapped tightly preventing any damages. I had never thought this delivery service was going serve me in such conditions. If you are looking to deliver a product to someone else please do not use this service because I do not want any customers like me to suffer the same way I did.
It’s has been a seamless experience by SYS Couriers. They recently managed shipping 3 boxes (approx 46kgs) from Mumbai to London. The consignment was delivered within 6 days from being collected at their office in Mumbai Charkop (Kandivali West) to being delivered in London. It was reassuring to see all the items packed in front to you were delivered in an as-is way. There was a small damage to an item out of many items, but this is not SYS fault, just be extra careful with wrapping bubble wrap if you are sending a glass or fragile item. Overall I am super impressed and I’d definitely and only send via SYS Couriers in future for any international or domestic shipping requirements.
