Aniket has helped me in getting a 2bhk flat in CentrioNX, Lokhande Marg on rent. He was helpful throughout the stay.
They are one of the most unprofessional set of brokers I’ve ever met and would never ever recommend their services to anyone.
They behave in a very unethical manner, will create unnecessary pressure to close and not let you speak to the owners directly even after you have given an offer, I was dealing with 2 of their brokers which I later got to know was under the same boss, they are unnecessarily increasing the rent and running this business like a nexus ! I would definitely not recommend them. Horrendous experience.
Mr Aniket Sheshware is the most unprofessional, most self obsessed, most self centred, most egoistic, most fraudulent, most pathetic person you will ever encounter. Before making the deal he will attend to you so professionally. But once you pay the money he will not attend to any of your queries. I paid him brokerage since he said it will take time for my company to transfer him brokerage and will return as soon as he gets it. Now more than 3 months have passed but he did not give me back my money. He never picks up my calls, doesn't attend to my messages and is not even available in his office nowadays. I have literally begged him to give me back my money but this cheater doesn't. Now I am forced to take a legal take in the cases to get back my hard earned money. Please avoid getting fooled by this fraudster.
He is an unreliable person and capable of cheating you despite being the house owner. He brought a tenant and took brokerage and then in 6 months he brought in another guy asking me to make the current tenant vacate and take the new tenant for a higher rent. I didn't feel it as ethical for a real estate broker to do this. Kindly avoid him.
