Hi, I am from Radha Raman Engg. Co. On my recommendation (after meeting them at an exhibition), my company placed an order with them and paid an advance of ₹10,000 for nylok nuts. They committed to give samples within 1 month but delivered only after 2 months of continuous follow-ups. On inspection, the samples were found faulty. Even though I had clearly mentioned specifications in the drawings and also provided physical samples, they refused to accept their mistake, citing 4BA standard as an excuse. Very unprofessional behavior. Please do not give them any advance payment.
