Excellent service. I had traveled to Mumbai for some personal work and had a dead HDD of a client. They fixed the dead HDD in less than one hour. Highly recommended.
Very bad experience with SWANSOFT.
After keeping my drive with them for almost 15 days for data recovery, no data was recovered even though only one disk was initially corrupted. However, when I collected my drive back, the entire drive had become corrupted and almost all my data was lost.
This data was very important and contained my lifetime records. Instead of recovery, it feels like my drive was used only for experimentation, resulting in further data loss.
I strongly advise others to be careful before choosing this service.
