I bought the machine in June 2021. No one came from Usha company for demo. When I gave a low rating, the dealer sent man for demo. After the man from Usha company comes, he says that even if you give a low rating, it doesn't matter, we don't suffer any loss. It doesn't matter if you give a low rating or not
