Excellent service! We had a Maybach in top condition and cleanliness. Mr. Raj Panchal was our chauffeur . He was professional, skilled, courteous, patient and communication was excellent. There was no time pressure of any kind and honestly the car and our chauffeur made the chaotic city traffic tolerable. Thank you! The owner- Mr. Chadha was polite, professional , prompt and efficient . He made us feel safe and confident that the service and car will be to our expectations. I highly recommend them. Booked a 5 series BMW white for my brother in laws wedding. The boss was always available on call and WhatsApp with every details. Car arrived on time and in immaculate condition with the driver Mr Sunny being very patient even in busy narrow lanes.
Avinash was an excellent driver and the S-Class was the perfect choice for our Mumbai trip.
We were in Mumbai for a few days and had a packed schedule with lots of shopping and running around. The car was in great condition, clean, comfortable, and ideal for getting from place to place throughout the day. Avinash was always on time, consistently courteous, and ready to go, even with multiple stops and multiple stores every day.
What really stood out was how helpful he was beyond just driving. He gave great recommendations, helped us navigate where to go, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for.

Everything was going well until the final drop off. Charged for 1 hour extra despite within the strict time range of exceeding 1 hour only.
The decoration of flower bouquet done on the car was dirty. For the amount paid for the decoration of Rs. 2500/- the flowers were dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned since it's been purchased.
The car also had some dents on it. At 2 am in the night, when I discussed this matter, Mr. Harinder Chadha did not bother to take the feedback about the decoration and the logic of time calculation into consideration and simply asked to pay for 2 hours extra, which was supposed to be just 1.
It's not the matter of paying Rs. 900/- extra but it was charged in an unfair manner by defying logic. If we can pay such a big amount to rent the car, 900 is nothing. But, paying even a single paise extra is considered loot.
The driver was good and cooperative and easy to deal with. The name of the Driver is Dinesh Kudiya.
