Ms. Sheetal and Mr. Vaibhav were the ones I was communicating with and they are really professional with personal touch. Always ready to help and listen to what you've to say and get things done. And most importantly if they commit any mistake (which is very rare) they accept it and try to get things done rather than just arguing on it. More importantly they made sure that I don't have to take another leave for the home loan and also made sure that all the terms and conditions which were offered to me are delivered by the bank. So I would recommend you all to go to SunTrust Finserve and especially to Sheetal and Vaibhav.
