Their delay in action caused me 5000 penalty. Not a reliable source for custom clearance.
They are fraud and dont rely on this. They ask for payment for clearance to clear shipment in lakhs and no customer care no working. They told that they are associated with fedex but they are fraud. ignore their mails if they ask for payment for clearance
Don’t rely on them. I don’t know why FedEx has appointed such a worst company as their CHA. They don’t care about your consignment and are also not responsive at all. They won’t pick up your call nor reply properly to your emails. Unprofessional company.
Third class company , I support all 1 star and negative comments . They are reckless and RIP Fedex for relying on these Sun impex. Please learn from DHL. Zero knowledge to be a CHA . Delayed my package and penalty on our company .

Their agents will never get back to you and leave your goods to perish in customs
Their agents will not respond to email communication
They dont answer phone calls either. I'm not sure why they have a phone number in their email or on their website
