Title: Disappointing experience Monday evening
I visited on Monday, 5/12/26 in the evening and unfortunately had a poor experience.
- Booking/Service: My 8 pm massage started 25 minutes late
The room was hot, therapist (Arazu) seemed rushed, not at all professionals ,no ethics to handle a customer asking a same question again an again,nor she now the massage,get her trained first and I could hear loud talking from the lobby the entire time]
Staff: Front desk wasn’t apologetic when I mentioned it and was laughing and very causual attitude towards customer service
I’ve been to other spa as and know what good service looks like. This didn’t meet basic expectations for the price whereas you guys charge too much for not giving a good service at all. I’m leaving this review so management is aware and can address it.
And hope you guys will take an action and take this review as soon as possible to the owners
One of the best spa experience in vile Parle East. Sulis spa offers excellent service near and clean rooms, and very polite staff, will definitely visit again.
Amazing Experience at sulis spa.The ambiance was relaxing , staff was professional and the massage therapy was absolutely refreshing,highly recommended for anyone looking to de-stress.

The massage was very good, staff was very cooperative, very hygienic place, everyone should try to go to this place.

Went here twice over the span of a couple of weeks. Once for a Thai Massage which was professional and from a trained therapist. Second for a Balinese Massage which was everything but professional and pushingly selling *additional* services. Can’t believe I’m writing this review but heads up if you’re looking for an actual massage.
