My experience has not been good. Found them to be highly unprofessional. No follow up on timely services. The only time they do their job on time is in case of a google review. The moment amc is taken the services are not on time.

Poor unprofessional communication. No follow up from their end. No accountability for miscommunication! Instead, the responsibility is unfairly shifted onto the customer.
Under my prepaid yearly contract, I was promised three service visits. However, only two complaints were raised, and one of those complaint visits was arbitrarily counted as a regular service. This was done without my consent or prior communication, and now a valid service is being denied based on an internal timeline rule that was never disclosed upfront.
Additionally, I was shocked to learn that a contract starting on June 15, 2024, is considered to end in May 2025—effectively providing only 11 months of service under the pretext of a full year. This is misleading, disappointing and unacceptable.
