Worst experience from star courier
They literally damaged my 5k rupees product and didn't even refunded the courier charges and the worst thing the person whom am complaining is literally laughing and saying "Abh kuch nahi ho skta aap yha se jao" not even resolving my issue and replying so casually like nothing happen
And I've paid extra charges for the packaging and they literally ruined it
Horrible experience. It has been over a month, and my courier to Bangalore has still not been delivered. Despite calling repeatedly and sharing all details, I keep getting the same response: “Send a hi on WhatsApp, we’ll look into it, we’ll ask for a return.” Nothing has been resolved till date.
I even requested a return, but no action has been taken. I have chat proofs of all the follow-ups, but it’s simply too much to post here.
To be fair, within Mumbai their service has been okay — I’ve sent a few parcels that went through. But after this incident, their reliability is a major concern.
I sincerely hope this review gets some response and that they improve their customer service and accountability.
Unreliable service even for local delivery within goregaon/ malad... Costs more but still do not deliver on time... Should be truthful and honest about delivery times when accepting delivery. Avoidable
The most unreliable company is Special Goregaon branch. The courier I sent came back to me and the company owner Mr. Dhanaji Rane says that the courier is currently in Pune. He took eight days for this timing and brought it in eight days but he gave it back to me. The company member who tracks the courier, Dhanaji Rane, is completely confused when asked about the courier.
I sent a package to my sister, carefully packed with new clothes and dry food items that my mom and I wrapped securely in plastic bags. After the box was picked up from our house and taken to their store, this courier company somehow decided to remove the protective plastic bags. The result? The clothes arrived stained with oil.
This was beyond disappointing. Not only were the clothes expensive, but they were sent with so much love and care. I’ve arranged many shipments over the years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such negligence. If you're considering this company, please look for a more reliable option, even as a last resort.
