Great service! They were the only ones to have some niche parts that I needed.
Extremely unprofessional experience with SPECTRA CONNECTRONICS LLP. Abhijit Amberkar, in particular, was very rude and dismissive. He talks to customers as if he's doing them a favor just by speaking to them, rather than offering any real support or service. Instead of being helpful, he made the interaction feel like a burden. Not the kind of attitude anyone should have when dealing with clients. Would not recommend doing business here.
I needed some networking stuff and spent a lot of time at the computer hardware market areas of Lamington Road but unfortunately most shopkeepers didn't even have basic technical knowledge of products sold. For example, I had people trying to sell me CAT5 connectors insisting they are same as CAT6. The people at Spectra have excellent knowledge of networking standards and sell high quality stuff: LAN cables, connectors, tools and related products. I would recommend them for quality products.
Courteous staff. They check your temp and vaccination ID before allowing you entry. Unfortunately they don't stock what i require i.e. Y spade plugs for speakers.
