After getting duped by Soundscape Aundh for a Denon CD player which continued giving trouble right from the day it was purchased Sound Innovators Mumbai/ Pune came for rescue and repaired it with total professionalism!! Thanks Vijay for your service support!! Stay blessed!!
I recently purchased SONOS Arc ultra sound bar from Sound Innovators, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with both the product and the buying experience. The speaker delivers exceptional audio quality—clear highs, rich mids, and surprisingly deep bass for its size. Whether I’m listening to music, watching movies.
As for Sound Innovators, the purchasing process was smooth from start to finish. I was coordinating with Mr. Vijay. He was very responsive, helpful and guided me on every step of installation and shipping was fast and well-packaged.It really felt like the company values both their products and their customers.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would happily recommend both the speaker and Sound Innovators to anyone looking for high-quality audio gear.
We had requested Sound Innovators to inspect and service my friend's Monitor Audio Gold Series speakers in Ujjain. They responded positively and send their expert to Ujjain to inspect and, they repaired the fault.i must say their were very professional and their response time was very good.
I am thinking of upgrading my audio system and they will be my first port of call .
Very professional, not only gave a good deal but also provided valuable information regarding audio products and suggested best one that was fitting into my budget. Vijay is having immense knowledge and he is an awesome guy. The delivery was made as promised. You can never go wrong with this supplier for your AV needs. Gave 4 STAR 🌟 because they don’t have online or credit card payment facility.
I bought a Hi Fi system through Vijay. He has tremendous knowledge of high end music systems, takes the trouble to understand your taste in music, requirements & budget and provides a comprehensive solution. He personally attends to everything, helps with the set-up and is super responsive to anything that you may need help with after installation. He is polite & respectful - never loses his cool. If one is investing so much in a music system, one needs full assurance of service back-up and maintenance. Vijay provides that assurance & knowledge of handling high end systems.
