This shop is overpriced, unprofessional, and dishonest. I strongly urge everyone to avoid Sony Plastics at all costs. Don’t let them cheat you like they did to me. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sony Plastics. I ordered bulk product from them, and with due trust picked up the ordered without checking each and every piece in details but taking the advantage they replaced the items with some other wrong products. When I contacted them to request a refund or replacement, they outright refused, claiming they don't offer refunds. And for exchange I need to bear the cost of transportation. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering how overpriced their products are. To make matters worse, the sales staff was extremely arrogant and rude when I tried to resolve the issue. Showing off as if he is next billionaire working on that shop.
