SCAM ALERT – FRAUDULENT & DISHONEST COURIER
Sonali Courier is a complete scam. Do NOT trust them with anything valuable unless you’re ready to lose your money, your belongings, and your peace of mind.
We paid ₹96,000 for AIR delivery from Mumbai to Dubai (door-to-door). Our shipment had important documents, expensive clothes, shoes, and our 6-year-old child’s toys—things he is emotionally attached to.
First scam: the packer sent by Sonali Courier illegally charged ₹12,000 extra. When we complained, the company casually said the guy “ran away to his village” and took zero responsibility. Absolute joke.
Second scam: despite charging for air cargo, they secretly sent our shipment by SEA without consent. After that, it was nonstop lies for weeks:
“It will arrive this week”
“It’s in customs”
“It’s not in Dubai”
“It’s stuck in Dubai”
Every call came with a new excuse. No honesty. No accountability.
Then it got worse. We were threatened and pressured to pay 400 AED to someone in Dubai who is holding our boxes hostage and refusing to release them.
Weeks later, our parcel is still not delivered.
Because of their fraud and harassment, we were forced to file police complaints in both India and the UAE.
This company caused financial loss, extreme stress, and emotional trauma to our family. Their behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and borderline criminal.
Avoid Sonali Courier at all costs. If you value your money or belongings, stay far away
SCAM FRAUD
Extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Sonali Courier.
We paid ₹92,000 for air delivery from Mumbai to Dubai (door-to-door). The shipment included important documents, valuable clothes and shoes, and our 6-year-old child’s toys, which he is very emotionally attached to.
First, the person sent by Sonali Courier to pack our items charged an extra ₹12,000, which later turned out to be a scam. When we reported this to the company, we were told that the person had “run away to his village,” and no responsibility was taken.
Despite paying for air cargo, our shipment was sent by sea without our consent. For weeks, we were continuously lied to and misled with changing explanations:
• “It will arrive this week”
• “It’s in customs”
• “It’s not in Dubai yet”
• “It’s stuck in Dubai”
Each time, the story changed.
We were forced to coordinate with Sonali Courier in India and their contacts in Dubai, yet nothing was resolved. On top of this, we were threatened and pressured to pay an additional 400 AED to someone in Dubai who has our boxes and is refusing to release them.
It has now been weeks, and our parcel is still not delivered. Due to the seriousness of the situation, we had to file police complaints in both India and the UAE.
This experience has caused immense stress, financial loss, and emotional distress to our family. I would strongly advise others to avoid this courier service, especially for valuable or important shipments.
