The store looks great with latest designs with limited options on bathware most of it is on catalogue only. They say will share the catalogue but they don't share it. The ppl in the store doesn't seems to know how to talk to customers mostly the way of communicating seems rude and has very limited knowledge as well. Experience center doesn't give the experience u expect waste of time
Muskan, Hemant, Jitu and Mahendra has helped me alot to select the tiles, they are really helping, you can visit the showroom, they has a huge range of beautiful tiles. I'm so happy for there hospitality.
I visited the Andheri showroom right from the call attended by Mr Hemant Patil I found absolute cordial conduct by the executives. At the Showroom Ms Muskaan Chpudhary so patiently helped not just the display but also a mix and match of tiles. Excellent service ,cordial conduct by these executives made the experience and extremely pleasant one.
Great variety at Somany Experience Center, excellent display of tiles and their combinations that made it easy to choose. Jesal and the team are also quite knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I found their suggestions to be genuine and were very useful in concluding. Jesal further made it easy to check availability, and help me connect with dealers with availability of the tile model chosen.
I would recommend anyone looking for any variety of tiles to visit this experience center before making a decision.
