We recently purchased three beds from SOISU — two king size and one queen size — and I have to say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Have worked on 3 to 4 projects with SOISU for my customer and what a delight the experience has been. Every customer has appreciated this vendor right from selection to delivery to aftersales services. I am writing this because of an incident. One of my customers had bought dining chairs from SOISU. They were custom made, and the back of the chair was unique but had some screws on the back of the seat head for durability. But the client insisted to remove those screws in order to improve the aesthetics. SOISU and I both recommended to not make this change as it would compromise the stability of the chair back. But the client insisted to make the change and so we did it. After delivery the chair started having the issue which was cautioned by me and SOISU to the customer. As per market terms custom product don’t have warranty and SOISU had clearly stated they cannot give warranty due to the change, which the customer din link. But after 1.5 years when the chair had same issue, the client called SOSIU for help. And guess what, SOISU fixed it without any cost even if they did not committee any warranty from day one. No one does this in Furniture market. Once you buy furniture from Foshan, Agent or Local wholesales like Bhiwandi, we never expect any service because they never provide. But SOISU is redefining professionalism in furniture industry and finally as a designer I have vendor I can trust with my client. Team SOISU – Thank you, keep up the good work.
