My experience was bad
They had repaired my washing machine
and 3 months warranty after repair was told
Soon after repair in a day itself machine collapsed again
After calling them several times
No one turned up
Infact after taking money they abscond
So warranty and all is just fake commitments
No skillful technicians

My experience has been rather bad. During the first job for my refrigerator gasket replacement. The guys came and made a mess of it. Later before rectification the owner wanted full money beforehand (a clear deviation from the initial agreement). Later, to recover the cost he kind of just about managed to somehow have the door closed (though far from what it is supposed to be). I paid the full amount though with an inferior quality of job. Loads of excuses and delays in the whole repair.
Next was a heating element replacement of my clothes dryer. He did it after a few days of running around and delaying with lame excuses. On first attempt it did not work. He made a call and stepped out. Came back, refitted and it started working, but not satisfactorily. I told him so, but he said that he would take care if it did not work properly. I paid him Rs 3200. The very next day I realised that it isn't drying my clothes well. Called him. It has been almost 3 weeks. He constantly gives lame excuses and doesn't come. Even promises that he is coming tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes. Once he even mentioned that another part must have got spoiled, for which he now quoted Rs1800. Well! He isn't a person who understands the electronics......just keeps trying different stuff till it works and in the bargain makes you pay through your nose, either buying secondhand parts (my new heating coil is possibly half working), or changing irrelevant parts.
Being absolutely tired of his ways, I am being forced to write this review.
He is an extremely sweet talker and a polite person. But, not a good repair guy and has no knowledge of electronics (ask him some basic questions and u will know that he doesn't even know the part names.......but has some practical experience of repairs).
If the repair is simple and his effort works, you are saved. If it doesn't work initially, it is very unlikely that he will be able to fix it well.......but only if you get him to come and repair it again.
Not a good experience........very avoidable.
After having lost my Rs 3200, I am now going to call my regular guy (who stays far), but does an excellent job.
Please note that even after waiting for 3 weeks he never landed up to rectify the dryer problem, and after having paid Rs 3200, I have a dryer still not drying properly.
Would you call a person like this a cheat? I leave it to you.

Really great service. Syyed bhai is an amazing man, he is polite humble and honest man. More than that I felt he knows he work and doesn't confuse people. I called him randomly via google search for my refrigerator problem. He was quite fast with the response and turned up to my place within 10 mins. Guided me right tips to maintain the refrigerator for long run.
Sayed mehboob was so patient!! We had him fix our fridge, and some parts were missing. He waited over an hour! Great customer service, very friendly and soft spoken! Good guy! Good service!
