I,am Savita Suryavanshi from Andheri West . Mene S M maid service se Service liya hai very good service thanks for service .
They provide maids who are not trained, one of the maid tried to rob our house. The agency is supposed to help in giving new replacement but they keep saying wait for 2-3 days but no response. We paid agency so that we don't have to go to the struggle but it was indeed more struggle to manage the maids they provide and now when we call them they just say look for new maid in your own we can't provide.
Mr.Sajan is very polite and always with us in maid issue ,he listens the problem and appropriately send the maid as per requirement, and even if maid leaves the job he replaces the maid as early as possible. I am taking service from him since 1 year , I am satisfied with his service and renewing contract for upcoming year.thank u sajan ji for your service....
Beware !!!I hired a 24 hrs house help from Mr Sajan a big faker.. I selected a girl interviewed her and hired .. she and the agent lied that she is experienced and knows all the work.. which was a big lie she had no experience and this was her first job.. Mr Sajan accepted this lie and promised to replace her.. which took more than 15 days.. then he himself got a girl claiming she is experienced and will work properly.. which again was a big lie.. I have terminated her.. he just demands the commission without rendering the service..
