Range and product variety on display is fantastic. Knowledge of the sales staff about the products and usage is also very upto date considering the sheer variety available.
In a way, they have almost everything on display for every type of wall or floor requirement in variety of texture and sizes.
Inspite of two visits (one by me and one by my wife) till date even after 15 days plus not received the details which they were supposed to forward to me on WhatsApp itself on same day. So unable to comment on the further ability of the team.
Very bad experience, worst service, worst way to handle problems which was happened by them, sent two wrong color tiles and after 5 days of constant calling their assigned person, no response no action, nothing, EVEN THOUGH THE MISTAKE WAS FROM THEIR END. I would suggest you all to buy from other company like motto, which has more dealer shops and quick delivery and responsive staff. Just skip buying from simpolo, i regret, i have my house warming in a week, and my tv wall has two different shade tiles, and no assurance from the company person, feels like he is doing a meherbaani picking my calls, bad dealership store Winall/Vinall in Ghatkopar, worst way of speaking, extremelyyyyy disappointed
They have a variety of tiles.
My only issue is that you can’t place it on the floor to see how it will look
The distributor atleast for bkc aren’t very keen on calling up and helping out to see tiles in real
Excellent Simpolo Gallery with new wall & floor tiles with different size from slab to 2*2 feet, kitchen slabs, outdoor or facade tiles on display. Sales staff is very good and cooperative. Land line is not operational which needs to be replaced with a dedicated mobile or contact no.
