The sila staff are the rudest, most arrogant and totally incompetent working at parkside lodha park. They obstruct owners who dont bow to them. Others beg them tomget their work done.The worst fms co on this planet ever !
They don't deserve even one star rating. However, had no choice. Our complex Naman Habitat is being managed by SILA Team and it is an absolute nightmare. It's disheartening that our hard earned money that we paid to the Developer has gone waste. Absolute mismanagement by SILA. They don't pay heed to needs and cries for support from the residents and are in their own world. Under the pretext of following the system, they ask us to fill forms and our complaints are not addressed. Also, the SILA team closes them at their own will without taking concurrence / acknowledgement from the residents. While everyone is free to come and go, they unnecessary stop our guests. Particularly, the security guards at the entry gate are very arrogant and hostile. When we approach them for any issue, they simply revert saying that since you have taken the handover, it's your issue and you need to resolve it. SILA cannot do anything about it.
Would suggest not to hire their services.
SILA's emphasis on automated compliance management makes them a reliable partner for maintaining regulatory standards. They've been instrumental in ensuring our residential complex in Mumbai stays compliant.
I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before choosing Sila Facility Management, at Mahendra Aarya – it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their service is completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and far below even the most basic standards one would expect in a residential community.
From poor maintenance, delayed responses, and lack of accountability, to a complete disregard for residents’ concerns, Sila has consistently proven that they are incapable of handling a facility of this scale. What makes it worse is their careless attitude – complaints are either ignored or brushed aside, and there is no transparency in how they manage operations.
Living in Mahendra Aarya is supposed to feel like a “Residential Wonder”, but with Sila in charge, it feels like anything but. If you value peace of mind, timely service, and proper upkeep of your living environment, please do not go with Sila as your facility management. Choosing them is one of the biggest mistakes any resident could make.
