Wrost experience with this printer, initally the co-owner took my order after sending him the artwork and at the time of transfering the advance, nither the co owner nor his team attended my call, i called them several time even left watsapp message but my call remained unanswered and no reply for messages. There are thounds of printers available in market if you are not capable not capable of doing the accepted work, you should have the courtesy to inform this to your client, which will save clients time and they will not followup. Not replying and not attending the call is a childish behaviour which does not fit in business ethics. Grow up and be mature enough to provide update.
Good quality print and trusted, will surely give printing orders to them only next time too 👍🏻
