No place to park cars...navigation is tough. Had to walk around half km to reach. Cars can't enter the lane safely.

High amount of disappointment frm a brand like tbz. I have order my engagement rings on 27th dec 2018 and was promised delivery by 20th january 2019. Today it's 21st jan there is still no trace of ring and they say that i will receive the rings on 23rd of jan on the day of my engagement which is in Kolhapur. When we concerned with them about the issue we were answered very rudely by the staff and store manager. If you can't deliver on the promise dates please don't cheat the customer and sell them the products. Don't ruin their most important day in their life.
Lost its charm as in back good old days. Buying gold in cash a problem due to new rules.
Still tribhovandas is the most reliable and best jewelry shop to buy from . Good customer service sales persons. And good collection.
Bad experience.... No one came to attend the customer... Even representatives are not very much interested in showing the jewelleries.... My suggestion is to visit Tbz Vashi showroom instead of going and wasting your time in Zaveri bazaar showroom.... And representative are more interested in buying their installment scheme instead of selling the products
