Dont buy products from this company they provide faulty products, they take no responsibility after sales . owner of the company talking very abused. They didnt know after sales service .we purchased printer head from this company after installation of head but head not work. when we called to this company they told we have no responsibility of after sales and when we talked with company owner they talk very abused.
so its my request be aware from this company

I did a Google search for printer repair services and got a landline number.
The person who received the call was very curteous and informime that they deal in wholesale of inkjet printers and are not printer repairs.
He further enquired what my problem was and the help I required for my printer ( which is a DeskJet priter) and then redirected me to another her person who could help me out.
That's in my view is an excellent service quality for any service provider.
Considering that I may not add to the bottom line he still took time to assist me.....The person who received my call was Mandar Modi..... He is a great professional and I would recommend Shree Computers for anyone wanting printers, just on the way the call was attended to.
