I have 10 cars in my company & we are taking tyre's from Shree Mahaveer Typre for a very long time. They provide very good service and best quality tyre.
I thought of getting my Tata Manza Car tyres replaced. While I was searching for tyre stores I found this store near grant road. The prices of this store were more or less equal to the online tyre prices. Like all stores they also show you a Xeroxed page with table of prices which are not company authorised prices. Post slight negotiation I ordered for four tyres of Bridgestone make. This activity began in the morning around 1000hrs. They took half day to fetch tyres for my car. They kept telling me the tyres are in the godown and they are bringing them. I don't think that was the honest answer they gave me. Finally the got three tyres out of which one was looking like an old tyre. I told them to replace. They took the tyre out of my sight washed it and got the same piece saying it's a new tyre. I felt so unsatisfied and annoyed by their services. If a customer is buying four tyres they refused to carry out wheel balancing of the Stepney tyre. I found them rude and unprofessional. I have rated them with three stars. I will not visit this store again.
