They did an excellent job with my kitchen and bedroom furniture. Rakesh is a true professional and a subject matter expert, we benefitted from his eye for detail and perfectionist mindset. They delivered the entire project (except the Murphy bed) within the stated timeline and the quality was amazing. They transferred Rakesh to another project towards the fag end of the project and the delivery of the Murphy bed went for a toss. They went MIA wrt the delivery of the Murphy bed. They however did not demand the pending money kept on hold due to the delivery of the Murphy bed. We had such a pleasant experience at the beginning. I would have expected them to formally close the entire transaction by letting us know that they can’t deliver the Murphy bed and that the transaction is closed. But after months of follow up and poor response for the delivery of Murphy bed I was supposed to understand that the deal is closed. Deducted one star only due to that experience. Barring that experience they deserved a 5 star.
We had excellent experience getting out kitchen, beds and cupboards from Shivam Modular Kitchen. They were always available to listen to our requirements and give the best result. Special shoutout to Shravan who helped out in deciding and giving best result
We had a very good experience with Rakesh and Mahesh from Shivam Modular Kitchen. They helped us work within our budget and the craftsmanship of the end product was very good. Even when I had small concerns, they resolved them quickly and I was satisfied. I'd recommend them to anyone redoing their kitchen.
I got in touch with Shivam modular out of sheer chance when I was struggling to get modular kitchen and other furniture done in my home. They did a superb job! The fittings, furniture and modular were clean, and very timely. We discussed at length the shades and colors to be used and I was always guided properly by Shivam modular. I was very happy with the work which looks great and was done well ahead of time on my request. Superb job!
Very nice work done. But just a friendly suggestion. It is good to ensure client and Shivam team understanding is same else it leads to rework n time delay. Some miscommunication added to delays in our work but ultimately finished product was good n liked by all. Keep up.best wishes.
