I had used Shivam Graphics previously and the experience was good printing quality was decent and pricing was reasonable. That’s why I decided to visit again recently, but this time the experience was completely disappointing.
Before visiting, I specifically confirmed on call whether the website prices and in-store prices were the same, and I was told yes. But after visiting, the prices quoted were almost double compared to the website. At those rates, I could easily get the same printing done at much better rates from local shops nearby. No doubt their printing quality is good, but the same quality can easily be found at local stores for a better price.
The biggest issue, however, was the design service. Most of my design work was already ready only the visiting card needed to be designed. I had even shared clear references and explained the style I wanted, something modern and relevant to my domain. Instead of understanding the requirement, the designer simply asked me to select from basic template-based card designs from websites. Those were generic, outdated, and not what I asked for.
When I rejected those templates, the designer created something extremely poor. Basic alignment issues, logo not centered, inconsistent icon styles (one outline icon and another filled), poor spacing these are fundamental design basics. It honestly did not feel like professional work. The design service was honestly a complete waste.
The worst part was when I shared the QR code file. The designer asked me, “Is this your logo?” just because the QR code shape was different from a square. After I explained that it was a QR code meant for the back side of the card for scanning, she added it like a tiny logo icon in the bottom corner. At that point, I genuinely lost confidence in the entire process.
A graphic designer not understanding the difference between a QR code and a logo is shocking in today’s market. Combined with poor design sense and misleading pricing, the entire visit turned into a complete waste of time.
I had my certificate printed at Shivam Graphics and was thoroughly impressed. They delivered the work exactly on time as promised. The charges were very reasonable. Most importantly, the staff showed highly professional behavior and were very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended for any quick, high-quality printing needs!

My work was given to harshada and she managed it well and the turn around time was hardly half and hour they printered and gave all the cards . And the managers were friendly they gave me a tour of the place and loved the Atmosphere.
