My experience is very bad with them. I sent an enquiry for a piling rig and called several times to submit offer. No use, they are very casual, no commitment and poor customer service.
After selling faulty diesel filter body for CAT 323D3 they refuses to exchange even when the said part was not used and was in same condition as it was sold to us. Beware of such crook sellers in the market.
Place with excellent management & hardworking team! They are polite, ambitious & well organized. I enjoyed my visit to their HQ.
