This is the worst agency I have ever worked with. They still owe me a significant amount of money, despite all the trust I placed in them. I have been calling them every single day with no proper response. I will make sure others are aware of their behavior so they cannot continue deceiving people and losing clients becomes inevitable.
Not paid my invoice despite repeated calls and emails. The project manager or accounts team not picking up.
This company is a big SCAM. THEY HAS NOT PAID ME FOR A WHOLE PROJECT. I HAVE SPENT NIGHTS AND DAYS DOING IT ON TIME but they just told my money it's been almost 8 months they have not paid me so please freelancers do not work with them they will Rob you like hell.
I found Shakti after being scammed by two other agencies. Took money but didn't deliver. One ghosted me, another kept on promising further dates until that ghosted as well. Eventually, came across shakti enterprise. They translated my French lease agreement in 2 days. CERTIFIED. No nonsense. Trust them.
Payments are one big hassle for every professional translator out there. Keep chasing the coordinator, manger and all. Those in the industry know this pain. Shakti Enterprise has been one very rare exception to this. Never had to chase behind payments. Great experience.
