I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service I recently experienced with HK. The delivery was extremely late and the person who was assigned for delivery was quite rude and arrogant.
This is not the level of service I expected from HK, and it has left me feeling very disappointed. I hope this incident can be addressed and corrective action taken to ensure that similar situations do not occur in future.
