Very poor service. They dont respond to calls or reminders
Pathetic people. It was showing open in the Google but when visit says office is closed.
Don't go with sbi insuarance. They hide many things. Staff polite or not doens't matter.

Mostly people feel SBI people are rude and don't response on time.. but there experience is completely different.. people are prompt and very helpful
When try to contact Andheri office, first up on nobody responding the call. Finally security guard has received the call & informing me that operation teams guys are not in seat.
