Though the final product is good the process has been full of stress and delays.
I got kitchen, wardrobes, beds & bar unit done from Saviesa.
Initially the team was very forthcoming and prompt with their site visits but the moment the work actually started they did not visit even once. So in the process there was miscommunication between the planning team and the installation team. There was a lot of mismatch, wrong measurements taken and wrong suggestions wrt shelf positioning etc. So we were forced to accept it as payment was already done and no refunds are given. Extra material was lying for days on end at the site adding space / storage issues. Cleaning before final handover was not done.
There were lot of delays because of damaged material delivered wrong measurements taken & wrong installations.
I am disappointed as i expected a reputed professional company to be more organised and give a stress free service to the client.
I wish I had done more research of my own before getting work done from them.
Easily some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The communication was unbelievably prompt. The team is deeply empathetic and focused on finding a solution for the client instead of giving excuses. Thank you for such a great experience
