Their service is extremely poor. Once you buy a product, they're nowhere to be found, not even during warranty. They clearly don't know what after-sales service means. Neeta madam specifically makes fake promises. We took our complaint to the owner/management, and their attitude was like "take it or leave it". This company's only focus is selling products, not providing service.
Service not good we paid 100% payment but they are service giving us after 1 month and after service also so much problem call also not answering sp neeta
WE HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH VERY BAD SERVICE, HIS MANAGER AKSHIT SIMPLY DENIED THAT SERVICE IS NOT HIS JOB DESPITE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY.OUR PRODUCTION HELD UP FOR TWO DAYS DUE TO NON OPERATION OF THE COMPRESSOR. TEAM IS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY.
AND IN ANOTHER INSTANCE THEY HAVE TAKEN SERVICE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE, IF YOU DONT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE THEY WILL NOT GIVE SERVICE TO YOU.
They don’t provide any service. I bought an air compressor, and they did not provide even a single service — neither free nor paid. After-sales support is completely missing, and they don’t help their customers with any issues related to the compressor. So, don’t buy from them. Not recommended
Worst company i have ever come across. We purchased a 7.5 HP reciprocating compressor as initial price looked little attractive. During the evaluation process only people told us not to go for this company I.e. Samarth Air as they knew that their Pre and after sales services are just horrible. But due to little low price we purchased their compressor. During installation process itself they used very poor quality of plastic air tubes which ultimately we had to change at our cost as it was bursting frequently . Now after around 6 months Electric motor of compressor got burnt. Now they say it got burnt due to low voltage which is around 390v and is therefore not covered under warranty. Now we are replacing motor winding also. Suggest don’t buy their product as they use very poor quality of raw inputs.now we are going to court for our complaints.
