Very bad service provider. Please don't waste your time, money & peace of mind by calling them. My cctv was not working so I called them, the technician said the adapter & 1 more spare was not working, I got it changed from them, within 8 days I faced the same problem again. Now the new story is the DVR is old so the adapter spoiled. When I asked why was this not told before, they had no answer, the adapter and the spare provided by them has no warranty so my money is in drain. They couldn't check the system properly and detect the fault, hence it's my problem again. SAMAL just cheats. Please be aware of them. If there was a star lesser than 1 it would have been apt for Samal & Sanjay Khemkar. Worst kind of people! Please be aware.
