I had one of the worst experiences ever at this so-called mobile repair shop. I brought in my iPhone 15 for a simple back glass repair, and they somehow managed to completely mess it up.
First of all, the repair took way longer than promised. I was told it would be done in a day – it took over a week, and that too after multiple follow-ups.
When I finally got my phone back, I was shocked. The back glass was misaligned, the camera bump was scratched, and there were even air bubbles and glue residue around the edges. It looked like someone with zero experience had done the job. Not to mention, the new glass didn’t even match the original quality or color.
To make matters worse, my phone now heats up and the wireless charging no longer works. I’m honestly not sure if they damaged something internally or used cheap parts, but the phone is clearly worse than before I gave it to them.
I tried to talk to the staff about it, but they were completely unhelpful, rude, and defensive – refusing to take responsibility or offer a refund.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your device turned into a mess. Totally unprofessional, careless, and not worth the headache.
Pathetic. I had given an iPad Air display for repair. Three times they changed rates from 5500 to 8500/-. Agreed to all that. Then iPad display comes back with touch button not working. Expectation was I pay them full amount for repair. They have a technician called Riyaz and complete fraud. Within two weeks display has failed and they refuse to honour any warranty. PLEASE AVOID this place like PLAGUE. CHEATS of order one
